Next stop in my quest for vegan cake was Matlock. For my Dad's birthday, I went for a long awaited expedition with him on the TransPeak bus. We stopped at the Green Way, a veggie cafe, for lunch. The food was lovely, especially the chocolate cake. It was about the size of a mountain, too, so I had lots to take home with me for later. Nyom nyom nyom...
